WINDSOR TERRACE CONDOMINIUMS OVERVIEW
The Windsor Terrace Condominiums is an upscale, Nashville townhouses and condos community tucked back into a quiet valley, bordered by mature trees, hills, and a nature preserve which affords lots of privacy. It is a One-of-a-Kind Neighborhood in a gorgeous wooded setting, but, still just minutes to everything. Windsor Terrace is, "one of Nashville's best kept secrets!"
Windsor Terrace property/project was developed by local Nashvillian Steven G. Hall, starting in 1986. George Gianikas with Gianikas Contractors was the builder of the complex. Architect for the project was Tom Bulla with Bulla & Associates. 54 of the condos and townhouses were built between 1986 and 1988. An additional 16 townhouses were built in 2000. 66 of the 70 condos and townhouses are full brick construction. All but two have a fireplace. All units have private outdoor living areas. 19 of the units have garages, 51 of the units have carports, 3 have balconies, and 67 of the units have private patios.
A small neighborhood of only 70 Units, there are 2 bedroom, one-level condo cottages and flats, and 2 and 3 bedroom townhouses. They range in size from the smallest flat at 1010 s.f. to the largest townhouse at 2579 s.f. It should be noted that, by design, there are no stacked units. All are located on a peaceful dead-end street. Community features are a pool, sidewalks, and underground utilities.
Windsor Terrace is located in Southwest Nashville, east of the intersection of Hwy. 70S and Old Hickory Blvd. and just minutes to Interstate 40 West. It is conveniently located within walking distance to dining, shopping, grocery and drug stores, banking services, fitness center, nail and hair salons, and a movie theater.
