The idea was to create a master-planned community.  The thought was to make it a place one would recognize as a place of excellence, where one could see the commitment to family, to the educational needs of their children, to you the resident.  As the plan came to fruition, what was created became a residential golf course community, a place to raise a family, to get to know your neighbors, a place to call home.
