This is a fully furnished corporate rental with a minimum 30 day rental period.

Please ask us about early checkin or late checkout. We need to check if our cleaners are able to accommodate. If they are, it is a $55 charge.Please treat my home and things in it as if they were your own. If something breaks or if you stain a sheet or towel, let me know so I can get it taken care of for future guests.
Please use the provided make-up remover towels. If you leave behind any glitter or decorations, we will have to charge an additional $100 cleaning fee. All trash must be thrown away in a trash bag and tied properly and placed in the trash bin. Any loose trash will be charged for clean up.
No smoking inside the house, please! If smoking outside, please throw your cigarette butts away into the trash bin. There is a $500 charge if physical or odor evidence of smoking is found.
Keep the noise level down especially after 10PM and respect my lovely neighbors. There is a $250 Disturbance fee if we get a noise complaint.
For guest's safety, we do not allow any parties, drugs and, of course, illicit activities. We have external cameras to make sure that there are no intruders coming in. If emergency services (police, security) is called, there is a $250 Service fee.
When parking, please only park in designated parking garage spaces.
Pets are allowed on a case by case basis, with a $350 nonrefundable fee and mandatory monthly cleaning.
If pets are allowed, please make sure to pick up your pet litter, or extra cleaning charges will apply.
The listing shows the standard occupancy. Guests that are over and above are charged $10 per person per night, up to the maximum occupancy.
If you require us to come to the property as you are locked out, it is a $50 lockout service fee, plus the parts & labor to replace the key/door, if necessary.
Booking guests must be minimum of 21 years old.
Locals will be reviewed thoroughly to ensure no parties are held, per standards.
Please make sure your vehicle(s) and the place is properly locked up and any of your valuables are not left out to ensure the safety and security of all. We are not responsible for any loss in property.
