Quiet family-friendly building with all the urban amenities.  Just a few short blocks to The Turnip Truck Grocery Store, and many restaurants including Five Points Pizza, Butcher & Bee, Edley’s BBQ, and the famous Sky Blue Café! A short drive or nice walk to local shops, restaurants, parks, and grocery stores. Plus – one mile to downtown! One turn, and you are on the main road to get to Broadway! 

IMPORTANT NOTE: Photo ID verification is required within 24 hours of the booking for a reservation to be considered valid. An email and text will be sent to the guest regarding Identity Verification upon booking. Guest has 24 hours to provide the identification required by the payment processor for the reservation to be validated.

Checkout: 10AM CST
*Check in during office hours only: 9 am to 5 pm weekdays, 10 am to 4 pm weekends
Please ask us about early check-in or late checkout. We need to check if our cleaners are able to accommodate. If they are, it is a $55 charge. Please treat my home and things in it as if they were your own. If something breaks or if you stain a sheet or towel, let me know so I can get it taken care of for future guests.

Please do NOT use the towels to remove your make-up or the linen clean-up will get charged to you. Use the provided make-up remover towelettes! If you leave behind any glitter or decorations, we will have to charge an additional $100 cleaning fee.  All trash must be thrown away in a trash bag and tied properly and placed in the trash bin. Any loose trash will be charged for clean up.

No smoking inside the house, please! If smoking outside, please throw your cigarette butts away into the trash bin. There is a $500 charge if physical or odor evidence of smoking is found.

Keep the noise level down especially after 10PM and respect my lovely neighbors. There is a $250 Disturbance fee if we get a noise complaint.

For guest's safety, we do not allow any parties, drugs and, of course, illicit activities. We have external cameras for the safety of our guests. If emergency services (police, security) is called, there is a $250 Service fee.

When parking, please be sure to only park in your assigned garage parking spot.

For >30 day stay, it is a $350 initial pet fee and mandatory monthly cleaning.

If pets are allowed, please make sure to pick up your pet litter, or extra cleaning charges will apply.

The listing shows the standard occupancy. Guests that are over and above are charged $10 per person per night, up to the maximum occupancy.

If you require us to come to the property as you are locked out, it is a $50 lockout service fee, plus the parts & labor to replace the key/door, if necessary.

Booking guests must be minimum of 21 years old.

Locals will be reviewed thoroughly to ensure no parties are held, per standards.

Please make sure your vehicle(s) and the place is properly locked up and any of your valuables are not left out to ensure the safety and security of all. We are not responsible for any loss in property.
