-Max occupancy is the number of occupants the City allows and does not guarantee beds for that number. Please read the bed description thoroughly. This home has a maximum occupancy of 12 guests however we do have additional guest fees for parties over 10 in the amount of $15+ tax/night per each additional guest, including children.

-Rentals are Sat-Sat during Peak and Holiday season
7 night minimum 

-If you plan on docking a boat, ensure to verify first that your boat will be able to dock appropriately. 

-This home is pet friendly with a non-refundable pet fee of $250+ tax per pet / per week. Cats are not allowed.
