In today's confusing real estate market it is especially critical to work with an agent who has knowledge and experience on their side, particularly if you owe more on your home than it's worth and you don't know what to do. I helped my first client successfully obtain a short payoff with their lender so that they could sell their home and move on with their life back in the mid 90s, a time when the term SHORT SALE was largely unknown. Today, I continue to work with diligence and compassion to help our clients remain as whole as possible whether I am helping them to extricate themselves from a distress situation or just helping them obtain the best possible price for their property. I began my real estate career in 1987 and so have many years of experience helping people realize their goals through many different market situations. As the current market has gotten more difficult I've helped many people successfully navigate through the frustrations and potential pitfalls that are the hallmark of buying and selling real estate today. I believe strongly that I have an obligation to the people I am working with to help them interpret how the many changes taking place today in real estate and mortgage finance impact their ability to achieve their goals.
