This home has a maximum occupancy of 8 guests however we do have additional guest fees for parties over 6 in the amount of $15+ tax/night per each additional guest. ••• This home is pet friendly with a non-refundable pet fee of $250+ tax per pet, per week. We regret to inform that we cannot accommodate cats.

"We really enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of room for our family and even a couple friends that joined us. We were close to lots of restaurants and activities. It was maybe an hour to get to key west from there. We would definitely stay here again. It was nice having all the kids upstairs in the loft."
