1.  What compelled you to buy THIS house?

I was compelled to buy this house bc of it's open feel and big back yard. We get sunlight all day, and that makes the house feel open and bright. I also really love the kitchen backsplash.

2.  What is it about this house that makes it better than other homes?  What can other homes not match?

This house is a great buy bc it's large yard and quiet neighbors give it a suburban feel, but it's close to all the big city amenities. 

3.  What unique activities did you do in this house?

We have enjoyed hosting many backyard events, and the deck is perfect for get togethers and celebrations!

4.  What have been your favorite activities to do / places to visit in the neighborhood and surrounding areas?

Our family has enjoyed our local library and community center for years, and our neighborhood is very involved in activities like National Night Out, Trick-or-treating, and even Christmas Caroling!

5.  What do people say when they come here to visit you? 

When people visit, they're often surprised at the amount of space we have to accommodate them. The number one compliment has been that our house seems so much bigger on the inside!
