204 Woodridge Lane: a Q&A with the Sellers

1.  What compelled you to buy THIS house?

We knew we wanted to live in this neighborhood and this was the first house for sale within our budget. We loved the ranch-style appearance and the front porch, also the privacy the back yard offers. Also liked that the walk-out level has a warm cozy feel with the wood ceiling and quarry tile floor.

2.  What is it about this house that makes it better than other homes?  What can other homes not match?

The large backyard which abuts to a creek, view of houses behind backyard are blocked by the woods,  raspberry bushes adjacent to creek. Lots of wild life and privacy within a social neighborhood.  Open ‘great room’ on main level.

3.  What unique activities did you do in this house?

Outdoor entertaining on the deck and patio,  as well as kids played many yard games during their childhood.  Also held large Easter Egg hunts in backyard with neighborhood kids.

4.  What have been your favorite activities to do / places to visit in the neighborhood and surrounding areas?

When our kids were younger we often visited the play structure in a nearby park; also went  sledding and played tennis at nearby Bucher park.  Golfed often at Chomonix public course in Lino Lakes.

5.  What do people say when they come here to visit you?

They love the openness of the main level, especially the kitchen island,  and the expansive back yard.
