Park Model RV's are not considered to be real property in the state of NC so you do NOT pay property taxes like you would on a stick built home.  Park Model RV's are titled by the Division of Motor Vehicles and you pay an annual personal property tax.  

Per the Boardwalk RV Park Lease you are NOT allowed to rent out the unit.   Animals are allowed.  Max 2 dogs per unit.  The park is open year round.
