TRANSPORTATION

The city is one the direct route between Los Angeles and Phoenix and is approximately a two hour drive from L.A. via 1-10 or San Diego via 1-15 and 1-10.

It is conveniently located just 12 miles from Palm Springs International Airport, which offers connections worldwide.

Sun Line buses provide service between Desert Hot Springs and other Coachella Valley cities.

Things To See In Desert Hot Springs:

  

Cabot's Pueblo Museum This 35-room rustic “castle” built by hand over many years by Cabot Yerxa is a Riverside County Historical Site and a window into the past.  Cabot came to the desert in 1913 and adapted the architecture of the Hopi Indians to create his fantastic pueblo.
