1.  What compelled you to buy THIS house?

It had all the space we needed and was a beautiful open floor plan. We also loved the open staircase with the huge window above the door. It's a quiet street and the cul-de-sac is wonderful. It's also really close to several parks (goldenrod park, Nottingham park, ranchview park, and polaris Park) and just minutes away from lifetime fitness, MG community center, central park, town green, MG library, shopping and restaurants.  

2.  What is it about this house that makes it better than other homes?  What can other homes not match?

It's really peaceful and quiet in the backyard on the patio. The basement is a nice large space for the kids to have and the storage area is large. The location is key - it's just minutes from everything ( listed above) plus lakes (Weaver, fish, and rice lake), trail systems (fish lake trail and Nottingham trail), and the highway - both 94 and 494.

3.  What unique activities did you do in this house?

We really enjoy our outside space - cul-de-sac, garage and patio. Also bike rides and walks on the many nearby trails.

4.  What have been your favorite activities to do / places to visit in the neighborhood and surrounding areas?

They tend to enjoy the open space, quiet neighborhood and convenience in location.
