Since you lease rather than own the land, you do not pay any real estate taxes on the land. Park Model RV's are personal property and are titled by the Division of Motor Vehicles so you pay a personal property tax each year. The 2024 personal property tax was $202.09 Also, since Park Model RV's are not considered "real property" you cannot get a mortgage loan like you can for a stick built home.

Per the Boardwalk RV Park Lease you are NOT allowed to rent out or sublease the unit. You can have friends and family use the unit but you cannot rent or sublease it out for money.
Animals are allowed. Max 2 dogs per unit. Golf carts are allowed. The park is open full time year round.
