Lakeview Landing is a mature development on the West Side of Chestermere Lake. Homes in this community were built by Shane Homes, Morrison Homes, Trico Homes, Douglas Homes and Lifestyle Homes. Construction was completed between 1999 and 2005. There is a good variety of bungalow and two storey homes. There are not a lot of walkout lots in this area as the land here was very flat. There are a few duplex homes built by Lifestyle Homes and some homes that are just attached at the garage on Lakeview Inlet. Most homes have attached garages, but on Lakeview Inlet you will find a few homes that do not have attached garages and have a rear lane for a detached garage. There are some nice playgrounds in the development. There are bike and walking paths through out this development. Chestermere Middle School is located in this area.
