This home has a maximum occupancy of 6 guests however we do have additional guest fees for parties over 5 in the amount of $15+ tax/night per each additional guest. This includes children and infants. ••• Rentals are Saturday - Saturday during Peak and Holiday season, 7-night minimum. ••• If you plan on docking a boat, ensure to verify first that your boat will be able to dock appropriately. Should you notice a boat lift, be advised that it is not for guest use. ••• This home is pet friendly with a non-refundable pet fee of $250+ tax per pet, per week. "This was a great place for our family trip to Marathon. Very authentic Florida Keys feel with a very comfortable and clean house, an awesome outdoor, enclosed patio and very nice backyard. Tons of recreational equipment including bikes, kayaks, paddle boards, and a dock behind the house for those that may look to rent a boat. We rented a boat for the week and the dock worked out great! Would definitely stay again." April 2024 |
