The owners fell in love with Woodhaven Park in the 1970s and were excited to acquire this newly subdivided lot in 1984.

Working closely with their son and an architectural firm, they meticulously crafted the home. The open concept was designed to create a space perfect for entertaining.

A total of 33 windows were strategically placed to welcome diverse natural light throughout the day.

When built, the home was ahead of its time in efficiency, utilizing geothermal heating with two 125-foot wells, in 2016 this was disconnected and  they converted to gas.. According to the owner, it features 20 piles, a 9-foot basement, R27 exterior walls, and R50 insulation in the attic.

Both the home's design and the charm of Woodhaven have beautifully stood the test of time.
