Greetings! My name is Marcus Hamilton Perry. I graduated cum laude with a B.A. in Psychology and a Business minor. I left the Midwest for warm and sunny Northern CA in 1983. I became a licensed RE salesperson in 1983 and received my broker's license in 1984. Much of my real estate career has been involved in the origination of home mortgage loans. I have worked for large banks/mortgage bankers and have also operated my own mortgage company (Napa Valley Mortgage Group). I do understand qualifying buyers and only work with those buyers who have been pre-qualified. This not only saves everyone time but also ensures that when presenting offers to sellers I am extremely confident in the ability of my clients to close the transaction.

I would like you to know that I am very much a tech-savvy real estate agent. The internet, Google, hits, clicks, social media. These are no longer cool tech terms, they are mainstream terms. The National Association of Realtors reports that 90% of home buyers begin their search on the internet, normally six months or more prior to buying. If your home is not being marketed or found on these spaces, you are missing out on the largest possible audience of home buyers. The internet is only one of the tools I use. In addition to the internet, I use apps, text services, email, video, and more to market your home to the largest possible number of ready, willing and able buyers.

When not working with buyers or sellers you can generally find me on the tennis courts playing doubles. I play USTA Adult Men's and Sr. Men's League tennis and was a USPTA Certified Tennis Instructor (long long ago ).
