This old warehouse was just completely gutted, renovated and turned out Beautifully! The owner spared no expense, when he designed these apartments, using the best materials and top contractors. In the shared common areas, wide hall ways for easy moving, high ceilings there is beautifully exposed brick and Awesome graffiti, created by Local Artists, in Philadelphia. There is There are two separate staircases for easy access to every apartment, a sprinkler system throughout entire building and an enclosed secure parking garage on the first floor, which each tenant will be offered a designated parking spot, for a monthly fee,
This $1200 per month, one bedroom apartment is the smallest, but has a very different layout, which is why it is, also the cheapest apartment in the building, but my favorite. Throughout the entire apartment, there is recessed lighting, big tall windows, very high ceilings, exposed duck-work, because it has central air and red oak hardwood floors. As soon as you open the door, you walk into the open space of the Huge kitchen, on your left and the living room, on your right. The "L" shaped kitchen has granite counter tops, beautiful decorated tile back-splash, brand new heavy duty stainless steel Frigid Air appliances, with an exhaust fan built into the microwave above the stove and dark coffee colored wood cabinets. The living room has very high vaulted ceilings, with two Huge windows that allows for a lot of natural sunlight. What I like about this apartment the most is that you have to go down a small hallway, on your left, to get to the rest of the apartment, which allows for privacy, for when you have guests. When you walk down the hall way, the utility closet is on your right, which has a brand new heavy duty stack-able washer and dryer, but still enough room for a bike or other storage. On the left side, is a nice sized bedroom, with high vaulted ceilings, recessed lighting, 2 big windows and a big closet. The bathroom, at the end of the hall way, has slate tiled floors, slate tiled walls in the bathtub/ shower, beautiful dark coffee colored wood cabinets, under the vanity, a big mounted mirror and built in lighting fixtures, above. There is, also a small linen closet, next to the bathroom, in the hall.
These apartments are really as beautiful as they sound, located within walking distance to tons of shops, a block from public transportation and there are only a few left, so come check out these brand new apartments and be the first to live in one!
