$6700 annual lot rent has been paid through September 30, 2025.  $6000 transfer fee payable to the park owner is due the day the lot lease transfers.

Per the Boardwalk RV Park Lease you are NOT allowed to rent out or sublease the unit.   Max two animals allowed.  Dogs can’t weight over 90 lbs.  Golf carts allowed. Unlike most RV parks on the island, the Boardwalk RV park is open year round for your enjoyment!
