Our property - an unimproved lot - had been on the market for about 3 years with little or no activity. Several different realtors money to "clean it up" but showed very few times.
Amy Shrader was professional, responded quickly, very prompt in answering questions and just gave us a very successful, quick sell on our property.

No question was too big or too small for Amy. She would get the answer for me asap. She will not sugarcoat anything and is blunt and to the point. I just bought a house she had listed and I admired the way she told the truth about different properties as we were looking for me a house. Not having to wade thru all the bull saves a lot of time. Especially, since I was unfamiliar with the area and had no knowledge of any of the properties histories. Amy is very familiar with a large area in East Tennessee and she is known and well thought of on that end of the state. I learned early on that dropping her name opened doors. Even though she has been in the industry for years, she has only been an agent for 4 of them but you can tell she is a seasoned veteran. She knows and understands the process of buying/selling a home from beginning to end. You can not go wrong with Amy. I am sure you will love her as I did.

Amy listed my mother and fathers home and land and got a contract on it in less than a week. She immediately advertised it in several different publications and on the Internet. She took videos using a drone, which showed what a great property it is. She was very knowledgable and knew exactly how to advertise their property. She kept me informed all along the way. I would highly recommend Amy to anyone wanting a propert sold. In fact she will be listing another property for us in the near future!

My husband and I are from out-of-state and we were looking to live in rural Tennessee. Amy showed us several properties that were off the beaten path. No matter how remote the property, steep the driveway, or windy the country road, Amy was willing to show us the house. We followed her in our truck, and it was amazing what she could handle in her little Honda! We ultimately decided to make an offer on one house and, with her help, we closed in twenty days on our terms. She was an aggressive negotiator, attentive to our preferences, and she acted like our personal ambassador to eastern Tennessee since we were unfamiliar with the area. My favorite aspects of Amy are her down-to-earth personality and her timely communication. Her frankness made me laugh many times while we were viewing properties, and she does not act as a salesperson. I felt no pressure to buy, and she even pointed out the negatives of many houses and the region, making sure that we knew what we were getting. Her response time on e-mails and phone calls rivals any other agent with whom I have communicated in the area. She answered my e-mails within minutes many times, around the clock. After we closed, she offered to help us get settled in and wanted to see what we did with the house in the future. Altogether, I would recommend Amy Shrader as an agent for any of my friends and family

Amy is a real estate professional in every sense of the word. She knows her market, is articulate and patient, and very accessible. She was very attentive but not overly aggressive or salesman like. She made us feel really comfortable and no question was a stupid question, and spend time in understanding our needs and addressing our concerns. Due to my husbands job, we had to relocate 500 miles from home. Over a three day holiday weekend, we had to find just the right home in the right area for our family. I had done hours of research on areas that would be possible, but after checking those areas in person, I found they would not be the right fit for our family. I contacted Amy and we sat down and went over everything we wanted. Amy was outstanding when it came to understanding exactly what kind of home and area we were looking for. After just 2 days of looking, we found just the right home in the right area for us! We could not have asked for anyone better qualified.

Amy is extremely knowledgeable of the area, its history and various local professionals. She made a point of knowing exactly what we were looking for. We made an offer on the property from 1900 miles away based solely on some photos and Amy's recommendation. When we finally made it out to look at the property, there were absolutely no surprises. Amy had to deal with a difficult seller's agent and in some cases performed tasks that the seller was contractually obligated for since it was the only way to get this deal done. One such case was having the utilities turned on for the home inspection. I don't think there's any way that we could have completed this deal without her.

Amy is one of the best agents I've had. She knows what she's talking about, listens to your concerns and ideas and my favorite part is how she uses technology to market homes. We have had a lot of showings since we decided to use her as our agent and she responds immediately! I have already referred a friend to her and will refer more if the opportunity presents itself.
