We have been in our new house for just over a week now and, needless to say, we are swimming in a sea of boxes! But we’ll be settled soon and we’ll begin to enjoy the place. It is actually larger and nicer than our old home but it costs about a third less (in terms of cash flow or monthly payments). We did receive our check for $35,000 from the title company (hooray!). We also “shed” over $400,000 in debt in this short sale transaction and that, along with significantly reducing our monthly housing costs makes us very “happy campers!” Mardi and I want to thank you for your invaluable help in getting this done. You are very professional and competent at what you do and we sincerely appreciate everything you have done for us. When it’s time for us to buy again we will definitely contact you.
