Three Sheets is located on a wide 12-foot deep canal with easy access to the gulf. Dock your boat along the 70-foot long dock and clean your catch at the canal side fish cleaning station
Prepare your freshly caught fish on the gas grill and then sip a cocktail with your feet in the pool while you watch the sunset in Paradise.
The second level of the home features updated decor, luxurious furnishings and vaulted ceilings in the living area featuring unique designer ceiling fans. Three Sheets is complete with everything you could possibly think of for a wonderful Florida Keys Vacation.
Relax on the oversized sectional sofa and enjoy the water views from the many large windows that provide plenty of natural Florida sunshine. Or, catch your favorite show or movie on the flat screen HDTV.
Create a savory meal in your full kitchen, equipped with high-end stainless steel appliances including a gourmet gas range and separate ice maker. When dinner is ready to take your pick of dining at the spacious 8 person dining room table or head down to the waterfront covered patio and dine al fresco.
The main living level features the master suite with private access to the balcony overlooking the pool and canal. Freshen up in the en-suite master bath with a large glass tiled walk-in shower before heading out on your next Florida Keys adventure.
The rest of the family will be just as pleased in the other two bedrooms on the main level. Guest room one features a king bed and guest room two offers two twin beds. These bedrooms share the guest bath that has another large glass tiled walk-in shower.
The lower level of the home features the self-contained guest suite which offers privacy and direct access to the covered patio. This luxurious bedroom offers a queen bed and an en-suite bath with yet another walk-in shower.
