This includes children and infants. ••• Rentals are Saturday - Saturday during Peak and Holiday season, 7-night minimum. ••• If you plan on docking a boat, ensure to verify first that your boat will be able to dock appropriately. Should you notice a boat lift, be advised that it is not for guest use. ••• This home is pet friendly with a non-refundable pet fee of $250+ tax per pet, per week. We regret to inform that we cannot accommodate cats. ••• Pool heat is available at any time of the year for a fee of $250+ tax per week before the reservation start date. We loved watching the mother manatee and her baby in the canal right behind the house. The patio area was perfect for morning coffee. The kiddos enjoyed the heated pool. We had several evening basketball tournaments with the pop a shot game. The home has a nice quiet location but is still close to shopping and restaurants. We took several day trips to other islands.
