Continental Oaks is a townhome community located about 1.2 miles northwest of Florida State University, 3 miles northwest of downtown and 2.5 miles northeast of Tallahassee Community College. The townhome community was built in the 1980's.  The community has annual homeowners association dues of $515 which covers common area maintenance, road and parking lot maintenance, and landscaping of the entire community.  Homeowners with fenced backyards are responsible for maintenance of any fenced in areas. The community is conveniently located on the Seminole Express bus route which is free to any FSU students or faculty.  The community is just a very short distance to Target, Publix, San Luis Park, an array of restaurants and coffee shops, gyms, and more.
