Relax in the shade of a covered lounge area or host unforgettable evenings with friends and family on the numerous deck seating areas. ••• 2nd Level of the Split-Level Home: The second level, or main level of this home offers the perfect blend of privacy, elegance, and comfort. Relax on the oversized sectional sofa and enjoy stunning water views through large windows that let in plenty of natural Florida sunshine. For entertainment, watch your favorite show or movie on the flat-screen HDTV. The gourmet kitchen, equipped with high-end stainless steel appliances and a Keurig coffee maker, is perfect for creating family meals. Once dinner is ready, choose to dine at the spacious eight-person dining table or enjoy al fresco dining on the waterfront covered patio. This home has a maximum occupancy of 10 guests however we do have additional guest fees for parties over 8 in the amount of $15+ tax/night per each additional guest. This includes children and infants. ••• Rentals are Saturday - Saturday during Peak and Holiday season, 7-night minimum. ••• If you plan on docking a boat, ensure to verify first that your boat will be able to dock appropriately. Should you notice a boat lift, be advised that it is not for guest use. ••• This home is pet friendly with a non-refundable pet fee of $250+ tax per pet, per week. We regret to inform that we cannot accommodate cats. ••• Pool heat is available at any time of the year for a fee of $250+ tax per week before the reservation start date.
