We do not rent rooms to people that have not personally toured the inside of the house. - 1st Month's Rent $1050 + $125 Monthly utilities, Security Damage Deposit $1050 + Last month $1050 - Utilities are extra $125 - Water/Sewer/Garbage, Compost + Electric + Gas Heat + WiFi - Must have Lawful Verifiable Income, that can come from sources, other than Employment - Rental Application fee is $42, This fee is, paid to a 3rd party screening service. They perform a Credit and Background check, Employment and Income Verifications, and Rental references: Was rent paid on time during tenancy, would your last 2 housing providers rent to you again? The 3rd Party screening service may have additions criteria that are not listed here Please provide 12 months of pay stubs or similar. If self employed please provide 3 years tax returns - Must be in current occupation for at least 1 year, with continuous income - No Pets and Non-Smoker (as some house mates are allergic) - Laundry: Free Washer and Dryer are included - One person per room, No couples or Double occupancy, as per The City of Seattle Guidelines Guidelines - Property Type: Single Family House - House mate chosen by a quick meet & greet over the phone
