Like all Parkdales, it has formal living and dining rooms, a Butler’s pantry that connects kitchen and dining room, main level laundry room opposite the Butler’s pantry and a kitchen with breakfast nook that is open to the family room.  Oh, and don’t forget the main level powder room.  In this particular Carriage home, there is a bay window in both the formal dining room.  Hardwood floors take you through the entire main level.  And in the kitchen you find granite counters, stainless steel appliances and tile back splash.
