The city has passed a new Tax measure to support a project to redevelop the old Palm Springs Fashion Plaza Mall and opening up a street leading to the front of the Palm Springs Art Museum. This work is already underway as the old BOA building at Tahquitz has been demolished. The Morrison townhomes are finishing up a major construction phase and their is a newly opened Eisenhower medical facility at Sunrise and Tahquitz.
