With both beach access via the sand roads and sound access via the canal system, Carova Beach is a truly secluded get-a-way bordered by False Cape State Park in Virginia to the North, the Atlantic Ocean to the East, Knotts Island Bay to the West, and the Currituck National Wildlife Refuge just a couple of miles to the South.
