About Texas Apartment Locating

Founded in 2017 by Lea Simpkins, Licensed Texas Real Estate Broker and CEO, Texas Apartment Locating was built on a simple belief: everyone deserves help finding a place to call home.

Lea recognized a growing need for personalized apartment locating services, especially for first-time renters and those facing challenges such as past evictions, broken leases, credit issues, or background concerns. Determined to make apartment hunting easier, she built a dedicated team of licensed real estate professionals who share her passion for helping renters find the right home.

We're real people, not chatbots! Our experienced apartment locators know the Texas rental market and understand that every renter's situation is unique. We take the time to ask the right questions upfront, research apartment screening requirements, and help identify communities where our clients have a realistic chance of approval. Our goal is to help renters avoid unnecessary application fees, frustrating denials, and wasted time.

Whether you're searching for luxury living, your first apartment, or a second-chance opportunity, we're here to simplify the process and guide you every step of the way.

Proudly serving Dallas–Fort Worth, Austin, Houston, and San Antonio, Texas Apartment Locating provides personalized apartment locating services that are always 100% FREE to renters!
