Backyard patio designed for entertaining

This is the only home available in Montilla! When the property was built, the bedroom downstairs could be a Den or Bedroom. The homeowners chose Den, but it won’t take much to convert it to a bedroom, if that’s your preference. Both upstairs bedrooms have private bathrooms and walk in closets. The kitchen is open to the primary living space, with a wonderful pantry and high end appliances. To me, the nicest feature is the back yard – it’s a wonderful escape, and a comfortable place to enjoy your friends and family. Low maintenance, and designed for hanging out.
