4 bedrooms, 3 baths, 2505 sq ft, 7710 sq ft lot, built in 2005, NO SECTION 8. Prefer no pets. All of our rentals require first month's rent and a security deposit equal to first month's rent to get in. Also required is a credit check ($35 per adult) and rental history, income history and personal references. Required income must be at least 3 times the rent. Security deposit is subject to change based on application screening process.
