More details

Just about every town has "that" neighborhood. That special place where things come together and just make it a special place. A place people gravitate toward and aspire to be.

12412 Spruce is in the heart of that area. Above a town full of natural hot springs and spas. Spruce, and a handful of streets around it are at the highest point in town. Commanding views of Mt San Jacinto and the valley floor are the special feature that compliments these custom homes.

As you approach the neighborhood, on the aptly named, Skyline drive you will see the homes get larger and more modern. Of course the views just get better and better. Turn left on Fernwood and then make a right on Spruce. The home is the first on your right.

Dream homes always feature the amenities we want but the very best ones always go that extra step. In this meticulously maintained home you will find that elusive quality repeated over and over.

To begin how about no electric bill?  Cool the house - run the pool equipment use as much as you want. The solar system that you will own with this home will take care of the bill. This is at a minimum a $400 a month savings according to the owner. That will sure add up quickly. There are three zones of air in the home.

The three car garage has a laundry sink and even a pull thru door to access other parts of the property if needed.

Enter the home through a grand entrance courtyard complete with fire pit.  A formal living room with fireplace and French doors to a south side patio greet you.  Tile floors laid on the diagonal cover all the common areas. Remote ceiling fans in most rooms. The four bedrooms are carpeted.

There is a MAJOR  kitchen with slab granite and upgraded lighting fixtures as well as stainless steel appliances. The Den is so large you would easily be able to have a couple of seating areas or a mixture of  entertaining spaces. The Den also features access to both sides of the house and multiple patios plus the pool.

In the main part of the house you also have a Master bedroom suite with walk-in closet, spa sized tub and separate shower. Beautiful stone and tile finishes. Totally separated from the master you have another two bedrooms with a shared bath plus a half bath and a laundry room.

Outside you have the dramatic views and the sense of being perched above it all - and it is here you will find the Casita.  This totally detached "little house" is a fantastic multi-functional space. Complete with a humidifier, soundproofing and its' own AC unit. This one is special because it is a true one bedroom. Separated from the living room. There is a Pullman kitchen and a bath with over-sized shower room.   From guest room, to office to hobby room to rental unit the options are almost endless with this flexible space.

If your needs are unique - not just any large home will do - perhaps you have a multi generational family? Special Hobbies? or just a quest for the best...all roads lead you to 12412 Spruce where you can have it all Above it all.
