Owner had a preliminary subdivision plan drawn by a engineer in 1989 and submitted to County Planning for subdivision. The Subdivision Plan would have divided the land into 7 lots w/cul-de-sac in the center & let the existing building with its own lot was approved in 1990 by the County but the owner never moved forward.
