Sleepy Hollow is one of the older established neighborhoods in San Anselmo. It is one of the few areas where one can find larger 1 acre+ lots with a choice of being in the flats or on the surrounding hills. The majority of the homes here are ranch style homes although many have been re-built or remodeled into a more contemporary look.
