Tahoe Donner offers four seasons of fun and this condo is in the heart of it all!  Outdoor recreation is just out the door with miles of trails & only 5 min walk to downhill skiing in the winter. This unit’s location allows for an easy stroll, bike or Nordic ski along Tahoe Donner’s trail system just out the back, that follows the Alder Creek Adventure Center trail system for miles.   The Adventure Center features a pro shop, bar area, outdoor patio with fire pits and seating, and the Alder Creek Cafe for light meals.  There is frequently live music here on Friday nights.  In the winter, it is one of the nation's best Nordic Skiing Centers and there are clinic and lessons offered daily, along with rentals of skis, sleds, or snowshoes.  Summer brings the Equestrian Center for lessons, boarding and trail rides, plus mountain biking rentals and trails.
