Holiday Shores III  is a great place to call home! It is located on the south end of Lake Livingston and offers wide open views of the big lake. Even if you are not "water front", the private boat launch gives you direct access to the lake. The last two times that I have stopped by the boat launch there have been folks there fishing. So you don't even have to have a boat yet to start enjoying the lake!

 

I especially like the LOW property association dues of only $100 per lot per year. For that you get to enjoy a pool house, swimming pool, basketball court, tennis, a community center and a playground.

 

If you are looking for a place to get away, you will be thrilled to know that this subdivision, while close to Coldspring and Point Blank, is out in the country where people are friendly and the sounds of traffic and sirens are practically nonexistent.
