Waterford Parks is a new home master-planned community in Allen with the amenities of a larger master-planned setting but built on a smaller scale to retain a sense of intimacy. Families can be a part of something bigger here at Waterford Parks, yet feel like a neighbor, not a number. You’ll find it all right here — a select number of oversized home sites, a wooded trail and two amenity centers nestled in a sequestered Allen corridor. Two of Allen’s top home builders — K. Hovnanian Homes and Grand Homes — have contributed an impressive selection of award-winning new home designs priced from the $300s.
Neighborhood Growth Statistics available from the Collin County Central Appraisal District. First home became occupied in February 2002. Between 4 and 5 people on average move in each month. Current phases I, II, III, and IV total around 350 lots annexed into the HOA. (source: Wikipedia)
