Seaside Villa is located a short drive down Coco Plum Lane and perfectly embodies the relaxing and true Keys ambiance you came for. Picture yourself enjoying sea breezes from your private screened balcony overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy a frozen margarita and hum along to some Jimmy Buffet as you experience leisure and luxury available only in Paradise.

The open and airy layout of this home provides an inviting and relaxing atmosphere. The Living Area of the Home features ample, comfortable seating centered around a large flat-screen television with full cable service. Large Paned Glass Windows frame views of palm trees and stunning open ocean views. The sliding glass doors open up onto your private screened-in balcony, the perfect place to enjoy an early morning coffee or an evening cocktail.

The fully equipped kitchen is brightly designed and is stocked with all small appliances; including a toaster, blender, and coffee pot. The dining area features seating for four guests.

The master bedroom is furnished with a King sized bed and an ensuite master bathroom. The guest bedroom is appointed with two Twin sized beds and the large window lets in plenty of Florida Keys sunshine. For your convenience, the full guest bathroom is located directly adjacent to the guest bedroom. At Coco Plum Vacation Rentals we provide all of the bath towels and linens you need for your stay in paradise.

Coco Plum Beach Villas sits directly on the shores of the Atlantic Ocean, making beach access as easy as walking outside. Located behind the complex you will find a shady tiki hut and waterfront barbeque grill. The large resort pool features open ocean views and is heated during cooler months.

Seaside Villa does not have boat or boat trailer storage on site. If you're bringing your own boat down please arrange for storage. For storage options see our "Activities and Attractions" Page located from the "Local Area Guide" Menu at the top of the page. Boat rentals, snorkeling trips, or kayak rentals are available locally and there are many options to choose from.
