Welcome to the Residential Community of “Saraceno” located in the Western Section of the City of Plantation Florida. Saraceno is Single Family Residential Gated Community that was built in two different phases and locations between the years of 2002 and 2004.

Saraceno East is located on the North East Corner of Broward Boulevard and 118th Avenue in Plantation Acres and Saraceno West is located on the Southwest Corner vicinity of Broward Boulevard just West of Flamingo Road.

School Children of Saraceno East would attend Central Park Elementary, Plantation Middle and Plantation High School. School Children of Saraceno West would attend Sawgrass Elementary, Bair Middle School and the same High School of Plantation High School.

School Age Children of both Saraceno East and Saraceno West are both in walking distance to the most Prestigious Private School in all of Broward County, American Heritage School.
