On Top of the World is Clearwater’s premier 55+ community with many amenities; 18 Hole Golf Course, Tennis Courts, Swimming Pools, Spas, Gyms, Hobby Shops, Shuffle Board, Lawn Bowling, Horse Shoes & Nature’s Gym Exercise and Walking Course located in the Paradise Reserve on the shores of Arbor Lake.  Amenities are for the exclusive use of On Top of the World Unit Owners and Renters.

Wake up and smell the coffee! The Good Neighbor’s Coffee Corner located in the East Recreation Center is your early morning donut and cup of coffee connection. It’s a great place to meet and greet your neighbors; a perfect start to your Florida day.

Also located in the East Recreation Center is the on-site Law Office!
