The building itself is simply beautiful with a relaxing courtyard next to the pool area.  The pool is heated and has plenty of chairs.  It's a great place to relax and enjoy the outdoors.  There is also a barbecue area next to the pool area.  If you like to work out take advantage of the full sized gym or just walk across S Ocean Way to the beach.  Ocean Way is a small 2 lane road that is the only thing separating you from the beautiful Beach.

Not only is Orchid Beach a beautiful building it was built in 2005 and is very well kept.  Unit 403 has 3 full bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms.  Those of you who know the area understand that is very hard to come by and another rare find...Orchid Beach is pet friendly for 2 pets up to 30lbs!   And you can rent immediately!  You are welcome to rent your unit up to 2 times per year for a 3 month minimum.  As always the rental policy needs to be confirmed at the time of purchase.
