1.         SIZE:   Bull Point Plantation is 704 acres. It is a peninsula surrounded by salt-water marshes and tidal tributaries of the Huspah Creek; these waters flow to the Atlantic Ocean. It is a 50-60 minute boat ride from Bull Point Plantation to the ocean and just a 20-minute boat ride to the Intracoastal Waterway.

2.         LOCATION:   Bull Point Plantation is located in Northern Beaufort County on US Highway 17, eight miles east of I-95. The port city of Charleston (South Carolina’s oldest city) is just fifty (50) miles to the north east; Hilton Head Island is forty-five (45) minutes to the south and Savannah, Georgia is just forty (40) miles to the south. The town of Beaufort is just sixteen (16) minutes to the east. All are accessible via 4-lane highways and interstates.

3.         ELEVATION:  Bull Point is classified in the “C” and “B” Flood Zone. Flood Insurance is  required for construction in a few sections of Bull Point. The elevations are as high as 32’ above Mean Sea Level.

H.                Pocotaligo Park - A 65-acre area to be left in its natural state located in the central part of Bull Point Plantation. The park will lend access to Lake Bellinger for all property owners at Bull Point Plantation.   It will also have a continuous paved walking and biking trail that will meander through the park.

I.                    Clubhouse – The Plantation Clubhouse complex will offer the property owners a variety of activities. The outdoor junior Olympic size pool overlooking the marshes of the Huspah River. The pool and pool deck area will include cabanas and an outside cooking area.
