The Landings is a well established, upscale waterfront and dry lot community located in NE Fort Lauderdale. It is situated North of Commercial Boulevard, East of US1 and West of the Intracoastal waterway. Bayview Drive runs north from Coral Ridge across Commercial Blvd and into the heart of the Landings. Most of the homes on the East Side of Bayview have Deepwater, Ocean access with NO fixed bridges. There are also a large number of homes on the west side of the community which have ocean access but must navigate under Bayview Dr which has fixed bridges, thus limiting the size of the vessel.
