Berkshire Lakes was developed by Coast Communities Corporation avoiding the typical grid layout of streets. Our streets are wide with a slight curvature, buildings with varied designs are set back and cross streets are minimal resulting in an array of cul-de-sacs lending to the ambiance and esthetics of the community. Landscaping is varied with many native trees and plantings creating a pleasing and well groomed appearance. Amenities include two hard-court tennis courts, a Master Association Clubhouse and heated pool and a walking/ bicycle path along our two largest lakes.
