Old Bridge Estates is a tree-lined community of 862 single-family and town homes in Northern Virginia. It is located in the Northeastern area of Prince William County, just 10 miles South of the Capital Beltway circling Washington, DC. The community has easy access to Interstates I-95, I-395, I-495, and Prince William County Parkway as well as commuter lots accessing the HOV lanes and the Virginia Railway Express, providing an easy commute to the Washington area's major employment centers. Although convenient to the city, Old Bridge Estates is nestled back in a wooded area with streams and ponds, giving the community a small town feel.
Old Bridge Estates is an ideal location for professionals as well as families with small children to live. The area is a quiet and comfortable setting to relax after a hard days work and a great park-filled place to raise children.

While the area is very beautiful and the community conveniently located, Old Bridge Estates' biggest assets are the people who live here. Our friendly residents make Old Bridge Estates a wonderful place to live because they take pride and are active in their community. Playgrounds

There are three playgrounds for your use in the community. One is located at the intersection of Smoketown Road and Beaver Pond Road, next to the gazebo. The second is located at the end of Veronica Lane, next to the pond on Smoketown Road. Since Veronica Lane is a private road there is no parking available on the street. The third is located at Beaver Pond Road across from Evansport Place.

Tot Lots

There is a tot lot for your use at the end of Frontier Lane that runs off of Beaver Pond Road.

Tennis Courts

Two double court facilities are located within the community. The first is next to the pool on Beaver Pond Road and the second is at the end of Effingham Court which runs off of Beaver Pond Road.

There is no parking allowed for tennis facility use on Effingham Court. Please park on Beaver Pond Road when using these facilities. You must have an access code and a Facilities Use Pass in order to gain entry to the courts. In addition, the tennis courts on Effingham are available by reservation only, and residents must obtain the key from the management office.

The pool is located on Beaver Pond Road next to the Association Office.
