Waterford Parks is an upscale neighborhood and development located in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex in Allen, Texas, 25 miles north of Dallas. Currently, there are approximately 300 lots, with continuous new home construction.  At completion, the community will boast 550 lots. The neighborhood is located between Highway 121 and Highway 75 on Stacy Road with main entry to the community on Platt Park Drive and secondary access from both Ridgeview Drive and Bray Central Drive. Homes are on average 3,000-4,000 square feet.  Community amenities include a junior Olympic-size pool, cabanas, childrens water park, picnic areas, greenbelts, playgrounds and access to a newly added City of Allen hike and bike trail.
