My first email to Katie was back on March 25th when I asked for Katie’s professional opinion on Wild Wing short sales! By late April, we officially obtained her services as our agent and Kristina and I both knew we were in good hands! I appreciated her supporting us, not pressuring us, offering her patience, and calming me down (which is very hard to do)! Kristina and I have always referred to Katie as the voice of reason. Kristina and I trusted her find us a house that we could call home and we were not disappointed. Recently I asked Kristina, "what do you think about Katie?" She replied, "She's AWESOME!" It meant a lot having her there at every step, including the signing of our docs.
