Mike and Cindy had a very professional approach with a unique emphasis on social media and a specialty of selling homes that have previously failed to sell. Mike came prepared to our meeting with a binder showing an impressive track record of selling unsold prior listings. The video they made gave a walk through virtual tour that was essentially like a showing. Mike kept us updated frequently on the advertising efforts and results.
