Welcome to our Lake House! You may have an opportunity to make this your little piece of heaven yours. Study the pictues and if you decide you want to see it in person just reach out to us. This is a 4 season home, which season is the best will be up to you. Spring is always exciting getting your gardens ready, then Summer comes before you know, boating, swimming you name it. The Fall comes around, the leaves put on a show of wonderful colours and you know it's even enjoyable raking them up. The dreaded Winter, not here if you like cross country skiing, snowmobiling or even ice fishing.

So where do we start here. Let's start at Highway 400 & Highway 7 to give you a little idea where we are. The drive is just over 1 hour.

When you are here, you are 3 minutes to Tudhope Park, we walk the dog almost daily there. There is swimming, picnic areas, take a kayak out, have an ice cream, visit Gordon Lightfoot's sculpture "Golden Leaves - A Tribute to Gordon Lightfoot" standing 13 feet tall. It will become one of your favourite places to visit.

You are only 8 minutes to the Port of Orilla that includes Couchiching Beach Park where you can walk the dog, swim, bbq, meet friends it's up to you. Nearby lots of shopping and restaurants. Things are always happening at the port, cottage show, boat show, Scottish Festival, Christmas in July and more.

There is never a shortage of things to do, so if you become a full time residence or a weekender you will love it here.

Let's get back to the house, did I tell you the lot is 75' of water frontage and just ove 242' deep. Lots of parking and room to spread out.

The house went through a huge renovation a few years back, but there are still a few things to be done.

From the floor joists to the attic spray foam insulation was installed, new 200 amp service, hardwood floors, 2 gas fireplaces, windows, staircase, broadloom in bedrooms, bathrooms redone, shingles. The list goes on.

By the way, if you get a chance to visit, pull up a chair in back and sit for 10 -15 minutes and get the real experience.
